On this amazing day, I could only think of one photo that I wanted to capture. Well before I bought my DSLR, I was fascinated with sunset photos. They are often made up of only a few colors, but the composition you can create with such a simple palette can be absolutely stunning. The thing that I find especially cool with this photo is that it is only take with a f/4 aperture. Usually I prefer a much narrower aperture to get the entire frame in focus. However, the resulting photo came out nice and sharp. I wish I could better put into words how awesome a sunset is. I suppose it is just another of God's beautiful mysteries.
